Hello everyone,
My name is Dr. Sheila Mary, and I am the founder of Makaya Health Center, an integrative naturopathic medical practice based in Lakewood, Washington.
After many years of education, training, and perseverance, I recently opened my practice and am excited to connect with fellow business owners and entrepreneurs in the Square community.
At Makaya Health Center, I focus on helping patients address the root causes of their health concerns through personalized, evidence-informed care. My areas of interest include hormone balance, women’s and men’s health, metabolic health, weight management, digestive wellness, preventive medicine, pain management, and lifestyle medicine. I also offer telemedicine services throughout Washington State and will soon be providing DOT physical examinations.
As a new practice owner, I look forward to learning from this community, sharing experiences, and building meaningful professional connections. I am always open to networking, collaboration, and exchanging ideas about business growth, patient experience, technology, and entrepreneurship.
