I'm not receiving messages through messenger on my published page.
Hi all, I have linked FB and Messenger to my online store and I have got a couple of people to send me messages to test the system and they don't come through. Has anyone else had this issue, have I missed something? Thanks guys, Katrina.
I do not believe I have heard of this issue happening with any other sellers. Can you post a link to your website so we can take a look? We can let you know if this is something we can help with here on the community page, or if it's something that you will need to reach out to support for.
