I can't see my discounts

Hi team,

I have created two discounts, a 10% store wide offer and a buy 2 get the 3rd at 50% offer.

I cannot see either of them, firstly I can see 10% off applied to all products, and secondly when I add a 3rd candle to my basket, it doesn't discount it by 50%.

At what point do discounts appear?

I have created both discounts, under Items, then discounts, added them and hit save. Am I missing an additional step?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you're having trouble with discounts. This one is a little difficult for me to troubleshoot via our community forum, as we'd need to look into how things are currently set up on your account.

Generally speaking though, discounts can be applied from the Items section without Checkout on the POS app. I do recommend you reach out to our support team to take a further look into this one - they'll be able to see how you have things set up, suggest any changes and run you through the process of having discounts applied correctly to a transaction!
