I am not able to link my WISE Visa debit card

Hello community I’m not able to link my WISE Visa debit card for instant transfers however I have a virtual and a physical card as well but it says card not supported is there any way? I can link my WISE debit card for instant transfers

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for clarity on this - Welcome! 

 

There are a number of reasons why the bank account you attempt to link for Instant Transfers may not be supported. Most commonly, Sellers encounter this when trying to link a Prepaid card, a card that does not operate in primarily in CAD, or the banking institution does not support instant transfers for the account type.

 

Instant transfer uses a variety of card networks to send funds without delay. So for every debit card, both the card network and the card issuer must be set up to receive funds instantly. Unfortunately if your bank link is unsuccessful after running through the standard troubleshooting, then there wouldn't be any workaround to share. 

 

If having read through the guidance above, you feel your bank meets all the required parameters for a successful bank link, I'd encourage you to reach out to our Support Team, so they can look at this more closely at an account level.
