How to set up weight for existing items in inventory through Excel Import?

Hi,

I am using Excel to upload inventory to Square. I realized that flat rate / shipping by quantity is not always desirable. I prefer to switch to Real Time Shipping hoping it would calculate shipping rate by weight. Now I have 6000+ items in my inventory. I want to avoid manually entering weight for each item. Is there a way to add weight to the items through the Excel sheet that you upload to add items to inventory? If not what is the next best way to do it?

Hi @secondchancerec! Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, this is a feature request with both Square and the Online Store. @Goldneye shared this in another thread where a seller was wanting to do something similar. Perhaps as a workaround, you can make flat rate shipping per item rather than per order to help compensate for the order size?
