You can create a custom report that lets you know the point-of-sale information (including tips) for a specific time period. (Helpful if you have set shifts, but also helpful without them!)
If you navigate: Square Dashboard > Reports > Custom Reports you can then select Create Custom Report and build a report that will return tip information. I use "Sales Summary" for my tip report.
Once you build your report, you can select the time frame that you want to report for. The default is All Day, but you can set it to your shift times or the time the employee worked to be able to determine the tips that were earned during that time.
