I have uploaded all my items\categories onto my shop but when I look at the POS system on my iPad it is not in sync.
Can anyone tell me how to get both website and POS in sync?
I really don't want to manually do this again if it only sync's one way..

That's fantastic. I had two other POS apps but this one is much better and much faster loading

Hi @RALGA, sorry to hear you're running into this.
Can you let me know exactly what's not syncing? Is it new items being created / categories /stock levels?
There are certain things that do sync and some which don't, such as categories.
There is some additional info on this here, it may help clarify. I'll keep an eye out for your response!

I think I am confusing myself. Let me explain what i'm doing, and possibly, going wrong.
My website is : Rochford Allotments & Leisure Gardeners Association (square.site)
I upload all items and create categories from my web browser.
What app should I use as POS on my iPad please? I currently have Weebly but I think this is where I am going wrong.
Any help for a person who is very very new to POS, would really be appreciated.

No problem @RALGA we'll figure it out.
Any items that you create in your Square Online Overview or your Item Library will sync with each other.
Those items should then be visible in the Square Point of Sale app.
Let me know if there's anything else that's unclear.
