Drivers licence saying expired

Hi there I’m trying to verify my drivers license but it keeps saying that it is expired when it isn’t. I have funds that have been paid into my Square account however I can see all the transactions but the balance says zero and I’m unable to transfer that money out, how do I fix this please

Sorry to hear that your license isn’t being accepted by the system! This sounds like something that will require more investigation by our Support Team. When you can, please give the team a call at 1800 760 137 from Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM, Melbourne Time.

In the meantime, here's a few things you might want to try:

  • Try attempting the verification on another web browser (e.g., if you’re using Safari, try Google Chrome).
  • If you have another valid form of physical government-issued ID (such as a Passport), try uploading this instead of your license.
