Creating a new website. When entering items for sale they come up as unavailable. Any reason why?

Question in regards to setting up items on a new square website

any one know why they appear as unavailable? And not visible?

Hey @Mg6,

You can add items to your online store via the online store dashboard - go to Store > Items > Item Library then select the items you wish to add and press "Add Item" in the top right.

If you're having trouble with this you can get in touch with Weebly Support, who officially manage support for Online Store.
