Checkout Link not working

Created several items that we wish to sell prior to an event via a link (we are not using Square Online, just the normal Square).  We have done this before and it has worked fine.  This time however, the link (either as a url or QR) when clicked returns an image of a piggy bank and the words "Something Went Wrong.  We couldn't find that page. Check your link and try again"

There are a few settings that could be contributing to these broken links, so we'll run through a few of these as follows:

1. Are you currently tracking stock for your items, if so, have you assigned stock to your new items?

2. Have you enabled Checkout Links for the correct Location? You can check this by navigating to your Online Checkout Settings.

3. When you view your items from your Item Library, is the Online Checkout link icon showing as blue or grey?
