Cannot properly view customer orders

I'm having the weirdest problem and I'm completely at my wit's end trying to figure out the solution.

 

I manage my Square ecommerce website through my desktop, I do not use the app. In the orders section, it's as if the website is forcing me to view it like an app would function? I don't really know how to describe it. But I cannot actually see just a page showing me a full customer order. It's just a little pop-up that slides out from the right hand side. Which means that some information is cut off, but also means that the button the Square has called "Mark as..." is cut off. I don't know what the button is for because I cannot read it. I'd like to notify a customer that their order is ready for pickup, and if this button does that, that would be awesome. But I have no way to find out.

 

For now, I've just been copying and pasting their email address to send them an email to let them know their order is ready. Not the end of the world, but it would be great if there was an easier way to do that (and not through the "messaging" part of Square, because again, I don't use the app. I've accidentally sent messages through that instead of responding to an email and so then I never find out if they responded to me, until I take the time to go through the messaging section of the website.)

 

Sorry that it seems like I'm asking one thing and pivoting to another, there are just several issues intertwined with this issue.

 

Basically, is there any way that I can actually see a one page clearly viewed breakdown of a customer order? Or am I stuck with this weird half page forever? I have taken a screen grab of the issue but can't seem to be able to add it to this question. If anyone has suggestions, I'm happy to email you the screen grab.

I apologize for the confusion here. The behavior you are describing of the panel sliding from the right is the correct behavior. The button that reads "Mark as..." is written like that because when you tap on it you will see the actions to take to mark an order. Now with regard to an order missing content, I would like you to share a screenshot of this happening to, so we can take a closer look and escalate this as needed.
