I'm assuming you mean the online store specifically?
Yes you can - if you create the item within the online dash then you can even set it as a digital item
However Square doesn't host your digital item for you, so when a purchase is made then you'll need to supply the item to your customers (there have been a few feature requests I've seen for this - but not sure where it's at)
