I wanted to get input from other Square users on how to simplify capturing tasks, notes, and follow-ups during the workday.
For many small businesses and teams, important details come up during customer interactions, calls, or while multitasking at the counter. These notes or action items are often added later, which can lead to missed context or extra admin work.
We’ve been exploring voice-based integrations using tools like Gennie, where users can quickly speak notes or tasks and sync them with the tools they already use, while Square remains the system of record.
I want to learn from the community:

Do you log details in real time or after transactions are done?
