Can't get past "Tell us about your business" trying to set up

I'm tryingto sign up to square and first set of questions is Tell us about your business

I answered all the fields but it won't let me move to the next step as there's a red bar stating - we need you to complete all of the required fields before we can continue"

but all the fields are filled.  is this a bug?

I just want to get the free square reader to test out Square before moving to the higher grade hardware

If you are still having issues with creating your Square Account, I suggest you reach out directly to hour support team over the phone so they can get you up and running. You can give us a call at 855-809-9000 (English) or 855-700-2000 (French) between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.
