Breadcrumbs are not consistent

on my store (gmnscoutshop.square.site) I have categories and sub- categories. For example:

Home > Clothing > Cubs Clothing.

When I select an item, sometimes it will display the breadcrumb menu like above and sometimes it shows:

Home > itemname.

I can reproduce it on a regular basis generally after I've made a change to the site and done a republish of the site. It persists until I click on Home. If I switch to another item (of rxample from the Similar Products display, it still just shows 'Home > itemname'

Hey @alansh, thanks for your post! I had a quick look on my end and it looks like if I click the item from the Featured Items section on the homepage, the breadcrumb will be Home > Item Name. However, if I click into Badges > Categories > Item Name then I'll see that as a the breadcrumb.

I've double-checked with the team as well and there isn't a way to change the flow at the moment, but it is something that's on their radar.
