I am trying to import items to my library using Excel. The file imports fine EXCEPT the barcode. Barcodes containing a 0 in the beginning after importing the 0 has been removed and the scanner can not find the item. Im guessing its a formatting issue but haven't been able to figure it out. I have called Square many times this week and no one has been able to help me. Can someone help please?
Example: barcode 011111111111 after importing to Square reads 11111111111
