We have customers wanting to get cash when they make a purchase (eg: their bill is $10 and they want $20 cash, so a $30 transaction).
I have read it's against the terms of service (but can't find anything in the terms of service) and then later saw something indicating this is no longer the case.
Is it allowed under the terms of service? If so, how do you set it up to correctly account for it?
I'm in Canada, in case that makes a difference.
Thanks for any assistance!

Hey there @AnnieZC. That is definitely not allowed -- not by Square but by the card networks, themselves. Per this Square document, section 22:
Don’t resell or repurpose our services, or use us to process cash advances.
You will not act as a payment facilitator or otherwise resell the Payment Services to any third party. You will not use the Payment Services to handle, process or transmit funds for any third party. You also may not use the Payment Services to process cash advances.

THANK YOU! I would give you 10 Kudos if I could.
I wanted to be totally sure before I 'double down' on my refusal to allow it 😉 I was getting some push back.
(Found it in #23 in the Canadian terms).
