Have any of you added more business locations? I have had my grooming shop in Cloverdale, CA, for going on 3 years. After researching need I have decided to open a second shop in Guerneville, CA, to serve the Russian River corridor.
How did you make the transition to multiple location owner? What tools did you use in Square to help?
We are a pet food and supplies store, we started in a farmers' market and graduated to a second location. We had 2 locations for about 6 months before we wound down the market. We used inventory transfers a lot between the 2 locations to keep things accurate and stocked.
