Adding Centrepay Form

Good morning everyone

I am in the midst of setting up our school uniform shop online. One of our payment types is Centrepay (which takes a deduction from our customer's Centrelink payments). I'm wondering if anyone has any experience on setting this up as a Weebly online shop payment type.

The only other thing I can think of is to have a separate JotForm set up as an order form, but I'm not sure if I can integrate the two systems (Weebly and JotForm) at the same time.

I'm tech savvy but still trying to get to learn Square.

Thanks for reaching out!

At the moment Square does not support Centrepay for payments. For online transactions the customer would need to pay via Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

As far as I'm aware there is no way to connect Square Online to JotForm either. Sorry I couldn't be of more help here! You'd need to process these payments outside of Square Online.

Hey @bb8,

From what I can see this is a US support page and I'm not able to locate an Australian equivalent, so it's possible this integration is not yet available to Australian Square users.

I would definitely inquire with JotForm though to check if their integration will work with Australian Square accounts! If it does then we'd be looking at getting that support center article localised for Australia, though often 3rd party integrations can be restricted to certain locales depending on how the developer of the integration has designed it to work.
