If you have no items in your item library yet, then you may not see the Action button. When you go to the item library in your Dashboard here: https://squ.re/items - you may see two blue buttons, one saying Create an Item and the other Import Items. If you are see that, directly above that in blue writing should be a link that says Download our template. You should be able to download that and use that to import all your items.
