replacing a debit card

my square debit card is wore out. how do i get a replacement?

@Jimbo3673 The only sure fire way I know to do this is to report you lost the card.  I know some banks will do it and charge you for it. If the chip doesn't work you can still swipe usually, but otherwise you have "lost" use of the card.

Thanks for the reply Donnie. I ended up just reporting it lost. 
the chip stop working and strip was having problems. I wish they had a way to keep the same number because now I have to switch the card I have on file with vendors. That’s ok will make it work.
