I can't find my savings account in my square app anymore. It's not under balance but is still taking a percentage of each transaction
Hi @Yourwish23. Sorry to hear about this. You’ll need to reach out to the Customer Success Team using one of the methods here to have them help you. It sounds like you might have an internal problem in your account that someone needs to look into. I hope you can get a resolution soon!
Thanks but it seem that a lot of member are experiencing the same issue. I have contacted customer service and ask for tech support when the customer sec and savings account teams could not seem to answer or resolve the issue.
I’d have no way of knowing whether “a lot of members” are experience it or not. There’s nothing on the Square Status board about a system-wide issue with Savings. I can see my savings. I’m going to tag @_Violet who I know is active on the board right now. May they can get you a resolution or to someone who can help.

I actually had my eyes on this one earlier today and have reached out to some of our internal teams to try and get some more info on this. I did see that we have an open support ticket for this issue but I didn't find any updates on it yet.

Here's the update that I received from our Engineers: "After getting more info from the Banking-Mobile Team, it appears that the Seller will have to "log in" again by going to More > Login from the app and enter in their passcode if enabled. Then the Savings row should show up."
