Won’t Allow me to open business checking account

I’ve tried opening a business checking account with square and I’m about to give up. The message I am now receiving is “due to restrictions set by our bank partner, we are unable to approve you for square checking at this time.” They don’t tell me what I’ve did wrong, if anything. Can someone help?

It happens to me too! I have been trying for a year to get square checking. I talked to support and they said because they can't verify me and that it says the same thing to me, what you are stating above. What kind of answer is that. She told me I am locked out indefinitely. They won't give me any more answers, not even where or how to resolve it. I was messing around with the 2 step-verification too many times. It's not forgiving. I'm going to try a different number tomorrow. I am going to call merchant services too. If you get anywhere please post it.

I just did this......in your post of a question, click on your name next to your avatar. Your name will appear in the right hand corner, click on that, check your profile settings and your personal information.....I didn't have mine filled out. Maybe that is what they have been talking about not having my personal information. Maybe I can re apply again and this time it might work....
