Why am I being charged?

Anyone know why I am being charged $25 when I don't have any subscriptions or anything? My account isn't even fully set up yet.

Can you share the details of how this transaction appears on your bank statement? It is not normal for you to get charged for opening an account, unless you subscribed to any of our Plus or Premium plans when signing up.

Square - Cash $25.00.  It's happened twice now. On March 30 and now April 9.

This looks like a Cash App transaction. You will want to reach out to Cash App. You can reach out to Cash App via Twitter by using @Cashsupport or heading to cash.app/support.

Most important if you are not a Cash App user, I recommend reaching out to your bank as soon as possible to report these unauthorized charges.
