Square Savings For Multiple Physical Locations

Hey there!

 

I've used Square for years, and for the first few years, I used it for a single brick-and-mortar location.

 

Square Savings was launched, and I used it for a single location to maximize savings and create folders for taxes, any day, repairs, etc.

 

Since then, I have opened multiple locations. I am opening my 4th location in a few months, and I can't find a way to use Square Savings for multiple locations (using multiple square locations as well). You can turn it on, but it pulls the percentages into one savings account for all locations. 

 

Is anyone aware of a setting that I may be missing or something? Or is this just an oversight on Square Savings UI? 

 

I would LOVE to begin saving again.

My from Square here! No, you're not missing anything -- that's just how Square Savings works. When you create a folder for a repairs and set it to 5%, for example, it will automatically save 5% of your sales from every location. One idea I have is you could set aside multiple folders and then do transfers between them every few weeks to balance things out. Would that help?

And congrats on the fourth location! Sounds like your business is doing great!
