Saving account issues

I have been doing an automatic saving method into savings accounts on square. I have 2 different folders. As it is the holiday season I transferred out about $900 to help me pay for gifts. I transferred this amount out 3 days ago and it said I would have my money by today (the 2nd). I went back in to my account just now to possibly check the status on it as it has not hit my account. I have now received a pop up that says I am locked out if my accounts and I can no longer access or transfer from my savings through square. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it just a bug? How do I access my money?!

Hey there @Hthomas193.  Sorry to hear about this.  Unfortunately, since we here in the seller community can’t access your account, nor do we know WHY your account is locked/frozen, your only choice for resolution is to contact customer support.  They will be able to pull up your account and advise you what is going on and how to correct it, if that is possible.  Good luck.
