@Yolycotto1 Unfortunately, you cannot get account specific questions answered on these forums. They are community forums for announcements and general questions and how to and for sellers to connect. The best bet is to log into your online dashboard if you are a seller and click the help icon in the upper right and call support.
If you are a customer and this is about a merchant using square, you would need to contact that merchant directly or your credit card issuer.
