Pending deposit

Hello Sellers!! I connected my Square checking to my Honey Book to accept payments. I can see deposit info in Square where the transaction cleared but my balance has not updated and when I click on that transaction for more info the dollar amount has a strike through. Why is this? Where are my funds? TIA
