Over 120 days and still no dispute resolution.

I had nearly 10k in fraudulent transactions taken out of my square checking account back in March.  Is it normal for Square and Sutton Bank to take over 120 days to complete a resolution?  The estimated resolution date was July 6th.

Hey there! We haven’t had this happen with our square banking but we did with another business account and our bank said it can take up to 6 months. It’s wild it can take that long and feels TOO long but just know this isn’t unheard of. Hang in there! Hoping it gets resolved soon.
