October 2025 Loan Offers

Hello! While I’m well aware loans can come at any time over 75% paid off on the current one, I do wish there was an easier way to predict when that would happen. 

my last one was 76% paid off and I received an offer. I’m currently at 78.5% paid off and nothing yet. 

Anyone seeing loans offered under 80% still?

So you don't process 2.5x my volume. Again, it's not a competition, but we are pretty much in the same boat, except you aren't getting offers. Not sure why. This is just 1 of my 3 businesses. Can't help you.

So yeah the first image was 106k in 2024 this year im at 160k up to now so no not double but 1 and a half plus some change but my gripe is still the same I don't understand how for instance in a year that you do 100k and Im at 160k and Ive received 1.loan offer for 5500 had it paid off in less than 90 days and receive no offers after but you do less volume and still get more offers more frequently with less sales etc etc it doesnt make.any **bleep** sense!

@Abby_M Any chance you maybe able to get me some info on at least being able to view my metrics for lian eligibility at least I havent been able to get to the metrics page for over a year i know how im supposed to be able to the eligibility factors page but it doesnt show up after following the process to get to it under my dashboard loans check my eligibility more details link... Can you help me with this?

I have paid off 10 square loans. I have been 100% paid off for 2 months now and all in the green. Haven't heard anything announcements and no new loan offers. I suspect something is going on.

Over in the December Loans 2025 there are very much loans being given currently.

The thing hhat really uupsets me is I cant even see the page that shows if im in the green or not, like its just not showing up in my acct so I cant even view the metrics so I know if im even in the green or not. Ive now directly contacted the loan people 2 separate times and both times was told it was being escalated to the engineering team to find out why the page no.longer shows in my acct when I try to geg to thag page last time I was told the system generates it automatically and we dont know why it isnt showing up anymore... The 2nd time someone messaged me and said your not eligible for a loan right now sorry. I was like wow didnt even asdress the question I asked which was again why vant i view the metrics page showing me what metrics are green and what needs work so I can l maybe get a loan later but have received no reply after that. Its so frustrating...

The screenshot in last post is what it takes me too when I click the view.more details Uve have went through 2 full go arounds of it will be escalated to the engineering team supposedly it used to go to the metrics page you posted a screenshot of that but It doesnt do that anymore hasnt taken me to the page to see the metrics in over a year. Ive contact support about it multiple times I get told its being escalated then never get any reply back except hmmm thats weird but were not sure sorry itll show up again sometime.

So i dont know it just sucks.

was hoping maybe you would notice that I've tried to directly quote you as a person on a lot of these messages and celebrity received response back yet I already did try to contact score support live and they weren't able to help me either when I called The loan center number whatever the main square number and then got the banking people on the phone they transferred me to loan department the loan department said that they're going to have to escalate my case to see what's going on with it and yet somehow I got an email back from him the following day that said that my account currently isn't eligible for loan which isn't what I contact support about I was trying to contact sport to find out why I can't view the requirements to receive a loan page anymore like it doesn't show me any of my statistics it doesn't say this is good and this is not good none of that it's just not there can you maybe help me with this please

and if I was trying to find out about my eligibility that would have been great but that is not what I asked your team member about I was trying to find out why I am unable to view the eligibility factors inside of my square dashboard account I used to be able to view them and now I no longer can which is what I was trying to find out so if any of you that worked at square instead of 

actually read what people were trying to ask you and instead of just providing a pre-canned response then people would be a lot more satisfied with your overall service because as it sits it's obvious that you can read any of the messages that I sent directly to you here on the forums and also the manager they contacted me back about my eligibility didn't read any of the prior messages that I sent to them either and just sent me that bull**bleep** pre-canned response that didn't answer any of the questions that I had because the question that I have is still the same thing it has been I've been trying to get answered for months now is on my dashboard if I go to my loans dashboard and I go to view more details under where it tells me that I'm not eligible it used to bring up a page that would show me eligibility factors that would tell me what I needed to work on I can no longer view that in my account which is what I'm trying to get help with next time read the message before you respond it's infuriating that you none of you do

and as expected I will hear nothing back eve after explaining that my question was unanswered by the person that emailed me even after trying to reply to her for a week since daily to no reply.

Also you as you didn't take time to even read what I was asking for help with and neither did she so can someone take like 30secs actually read question I've been asking so It can get taken care of someday soon maybe?

Hey there! I have a question regarding square loans for anyone who might be willing to provide some insight.

I'm a record producer and only this year did I start funneling business through square. I take payment over a number of different methods due to the nature of my work, some companies need to pay by check/wire/etc, so only a portion of my business has gone through square.

I recently paid off my first loan with Square within 4 months, it was smaller - only about 800 dollars including their fees. They made the offer after I reached the 10k sales threshold. Since receiving the loan, I've done another 12k in business through square, most of which in September - I paid the first loan off on Sep. 27th.

I have not received another offer for a 2nd loan yet - do you think I will receive another offer? And if so, when it might come/how much it might be for? I know that nobody has that actual information here but I would love to know what everyone thinks about my situation. Could really use a 2nd loan for some new studio gear.

Thanks for reaching out with your question! I see you’ve directed this to other Sellers here in the Community, and while I want to leave the floor open to other Sellers, in the meantime, I can share a bit more about what to expect from Square’s side when it comes to loan offers.

Square Loans are offered by invitation only. If you don’t currently see an offer available, you won’t be able to apply just yet. That said, Square reviews accounts daily, so eligibility can change from day to day.

If you're eligible, you’ll see available offers in the Loans tab of your Square Dashboard. Offers are based on several factors unique to your business, including your payment processing volume, account history, and how frequently you take payments.

There are plenty of active loan threads (this whole year) that other sellers are posting  on when they are receiving their offers. Quite a few I have seen lately seem to be getting their after 10 days after the previous loan is paid off.
