I’m at a bit of a loss for what else I need to do to be offered a new Square Loan at this point. I’ve been with Square for over 10 years, had 7 loans now that I’ve have paid back early every single time. Metrics are all in green, record sales year. In 2023, record numbers across the board, no refunds, no complaints or issues of any kind in our entire history. Current loan is 80% paid off, but no new offer in site. This is the kind of stuff that causes businesses to find someone else to process through! Please help! I’m sure I’ll get the same old excuses that you guys send to everyone about looking at every aspect of the business. But there isn’t a single aspect that isn’t way up. I’m not sure if there is a new process they are using now, or if there is some kind of issue with my banking or something else I’m not thinking about or aware of. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, because I could really use some new capital to start the year off with and reinvest into my business!
I’m at 76% paid off and all of my other criteria’s are in the Green. I’m really hoping for a new offer soon. It helps my business a lot around this time of year!

I've been watching this thread for a while. Today I had 81%. Everything was in the green and I finally got a loan offer so they are still giving out loans. It was $2,000 less than my last offer. But just keep processing and make sure all your stats are in the green and hopefully alone will come through for all of you.
oh i understand what you mean when they ask for cash app and zelle for payment method . A few are still waitjng and they are paid off .hope we get an offer soon 🙏🏽

Updated a few minutes ago 3:35pm cst to be exact and still no offer 😣 today marks 1 full week paid off. I’m losing hope. But still hanging on. Hopefully someone gets one soon 🙏

I am currently @ 56% paid back in 4 months. I've always received loan offers between 59-77%. All my metrics are up and I process over 800k per year. I'm hoping for a new offer within the next month to expand my business. Good to luck to everyone. KEEP SWIPING.
Hey guys. When you get those emails from “management” my best advice is to keep emailing them. Once they get fed up with the same question they don’t answer they might close the interaction. If this happens there is a chance square will send a survey asking for feedback. I left negative feedback then a description of wanting to speak to someone not email for a week solid. They sent me an opportunity to have a call with an account manager at that point after leaving the feedback to the survey thing.
also you can maybe look up “square appointments” and might be able to book time that way.
I've got 2 locations with Square. One was paid off 7 weeks ago and brings about 250k/year in Card Sales, still no offer for this location. Second one was paid off 2 weeks ago and brings around 100k/year, Got offer for $3150. 3 times less than my last loan. Both locations process payments daily. There is no math behind this that make any sense. I reached them on chat, was given a number to call. I called the number. If I pressed the button according to my needs, It would say the generic ''eligibility factors...'' and hang up. After trying multiple combination to reach a real person, I scheduled a call back so they could call me. They called me after 90 mins or so to say the same generic line what the both said. I laughed, thanked and hang up. Wasted about 3 hours.
I heard Square laying off a lot of people and I strongly hope they start from the most useless Loan department. They seem to hire anyone can say ''Eligibility Factors...'' No respect or understanding for Costumer.
For everyone waiting for an offer, good luck but No one knows jack about nothing in this company. I wouldn't be shocked If someone from Loan department just copy-paste the'' Eligibility Factor'' under this comment. I suspect they even really read here or they are just bots.

Well I just went from 88% up to 91% paid off. Hoping that willl be enough to trigger a new offer today or tomorrow. I wish myself and everyone else the best of luck with an offer!
97% all green without any offers, I don't think I will be getting offers any time soon, I'm more excited about finishing off this loan to be honest.
My brother, also a sole proprietor, got a new Square loan about a month ago at 76% paid. My father got an offer just last week at 82% paid (but he had been making prepayments which i believe delayed his).
They’re still offering loans.
4 weeks paid off. All Green. No offer. Food industry.
Almost 2 months no new offer. Food industry, all green metrics, $260,000 processed in card sales so far in a year. We have had many loans and all of them came through at different percentages 60-80% and even 91% but something the higher ups (CEO level) at square have done. Remember they built the algorithms so they have the ability to change it and change which industries receive them.
