There are a few more checks Square has to do to verify things. Yes, your identity was verified, but Square does additional checks regarding your business on the back end. This entails verifying EINs with the IRS and others. Basically, Square needs to make sure your business is legitimate.

For new accounts, I've seen payments held for 3-5 business days while the verification is happening. Continue to accept payments and grow your business: as the checks complete the transfer of funds will happen more quickly over time. By this time next week you'll see transfers happen next day.

Square periodically reviews all accounts for security reasons. 

The unfortunate reality here is that businesses that violate Square's terms of service would love to use Square services to move large amounts of money, quickly. Square puts measures like this in place so that it is a secure place to do business for everyone.

From what I can tell, it looks like your funds and transfers are moving smoothly.
