Hi seller community. I recently made a lump sum payment on my loan and it was processing for a few days. It has already taken out of my bank and now it says that there's a loan repayment refund processing. I am unsure of what that means

Was the lump payment a payoff payment?
If so then I'd suspect that the refund amount would be the difference from the pending sales payment?
If it wasn't then I'm not sure what exactly that would mean.

I am experiencing the same issue. I made a lump sum prepayment, not a total payoff but a large sum over 10 days ago. The money has already been pulled out of my bank account. Now it shows repayment refund pending of all except what 1 days payment would have been. This makes no sense. I have been with square for many years and have had numerous loans and have never had an issue.
