Is anyone having issues with the square loans dashboard and the processing volume stating? It needs work when this is incorrect, does this affect loan offers?

The information shown on your eligibility page is usually refreshed in real time. We are aware of the issue with the data on the eligibility page not updating. However, our engineering team has already fixed the issue and the data displayed is up-to-date. You can see the last date and time your loan eligibility was evaluated under “Eligibility factors.”
Keep in mind, if you have not processed payments through your Square account recently, the data may not be updated until you process payments again. Your account is still being reviewed for loan eligibility as normal. If you become eligible, you’ll be notified directly on your Square Dashboard and via email.

I know they had some issues a couple days ago? I'm not sure if that affected it or not? I just received a loan so I don't look at daily. I just checked mine and all green. On the other loan pages all seems to be ok, besides just waiting for it.

I believe it has having issues again. I had one of my largest days/ weeks of sales and showing metrics are down. When if you look at the date it is not but it says it has not been updated since the 28th. I feel like this not updating can effect my loan offer as I am further paid back then ever with no loan in site, all categories up but metrics not updating correctly.
Definitely still having issues I’m having the same problem way over the 10,000 required and it still says processing volume low and I called and no help so I’m actually thinking of switching to another merchant
Hello! I own an estate liquidation company & have processed credit cards with Square for over a decade; we host Estate Sales for clients in need that are open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays.. Several months ago, I noticed that every Wednesday, my eligibility status notes “processing frequency needs improvement”.
We have never processed credit cards on days other than Fridays and Saturdays (Perhaps three or four times a year on Thursdays as well), Is there anyway for my account to reflect that we only sell on weekends? I worry that the constant switch to “needs improvement“ will negatively affect my ability to be eligible for another Square loan. All my previous loans have been paid ahead of schedule and my current loan is at 80%.
Can you offer any suggestions or assistance? Kind of feel like I’m being punished for only processing two days a week. Thanks in advance!
