I was paid with a cashier check for a sunroom I built. Can I deposit it into my Square Business Checking account?

As long as you are below your threshold of available amount to deposit, and the check is made out properly there shouldn't be an issue with depositing this since a cashier check is guaranteed by the bank it is issued from.
