I have tried for a couple of year to get approved for square savings. Each time I’m rejected. I call support and ask what is wrong and how can I fix it? They have told me it’s because they are missing information, but when I ask them what info is missing, they can never find out why. I have been with square at least 10 years. And I constantly process about $500,000.00 every year, I’ve never had any issues and I have used square “loans” several times and paid each on off early and have never been late.
I really want to stay with square but will have to change companies pretty soon if I cant get this solved. Can anyone please give me any ideas?

I know this is super frustrating, but please know I am with you on this.
We are having the same trouble. We would prefer to use square for checking (which we have) and savings but are going to have to move to a different bank, like Mercury, because of this issue.
