No matter what platform I'm on, I get an "Oops something went wrong, Please try again later. Something’s went wrong on our end" message when applying for the Square card. I'm at a loss because I've had multiple conversations and "escalations" with the customer support team and they told me that all should be fine and working as my account is completely verified. In reality, the problem persists and it seems nobody actually knows why I'm getting this error. I feel disappointed in this company and I'm starting to regret using square because now I need to wait to get my money or pay a percentage fee to have it available now. If somebody, anybody can fix this, I would feel very grateful. I’ve been trying to get this fixed for over a month and no luck so far.
