It would be helpful if you could be more specific ?   Assuming it's a physical Square Debit Card, 7 to 10 days (assuming we're talking business days with no holidays in between).

Your card will arrive within 7–10 days after you order it. Once it arrives, you can find the steps to activate and get started using the card here.
