Solved: How can I contact the Square Loans Team?

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Is there a better way to get a hold of an actual person in the loan department?"

Is there a better way to get a hold of an actual person in the loan department? I keep getting the automated voice message that does not provide answers to my questions.

Hey @Bmorey. Here is a link to direct contact information for the Loan folks. Keep in mind, however, that they are only available for sellers who have current offers, applications or active loans. They can not and will not discuss loan eligibility or the potential for loan eligibility or offers. Maybe we can help you with your questions or concerns if you don’t have a current offer or loan?
