I'm at 71% and usually see a offer by now (between 65%-70&).

I'm where you are at (minus the actual loan offer part.) Sale are up about 60% over a year ago and processing is up about 65%. All the other things are in the green.
I think most people's frustrations are that it's just not transparent and there isn't a clear goal to strive for. It is also disheartening to just be told the same quotes over and over. It comes across as uncaring and impersonal. Which if that's the case is fine, that should be conveyed to clear up misconceptions and so people don't get their hopes up. It would also come across as more professional to state those things (economy and such) from Square itself. It would let people know where they stand and can make appropriate decisions.
It’s the same for me. Where are you giving feedback ?
When you log in to the loans portion, there’s a smiley face and a sad face that asks something like, are you happy with us? I click on sad and it takes you to the other screen asking for feedback.
Did you receive an offer yet? I am also at 84% currently and have been using square for years. They sent me an offer thus morning but is significantly less than the previous. In years past they would offer a low loan and if I didn't accept snd continued paying off the loan the amount would go higher. But this last loan I accepted I continued paying and my loan decreased. My volume hasn't changed as far as profit. My business is doing the same amount it always has.
Hey everyone. I'm in a unique position because not only have I not received another offer. I was told "We want to help every business grow. Unfortunately, your type of business is ineligible for the Square Loans program." and they will not answer me why after 6 loans I no longer qualify.
details last loan was $15,500 Paid $17,600 paid in full in less than 3 months.
Net sales 68%+ YTD
projected $500,000 net sales YTD
second location opening next month
and another business launching in the next 90 days
I'm changing my POS services
If you don’t mind me asking what kind of business do you have ?
2 commerce
2 service based
You said that same thing on august 7th. Have you not switched??
I have started to make the switch with the new business.
Yes the 2 new stores are different POS
Currently sitting at 82% paid on my loan. I have had about 11 loans. Some offers came in at 80% paid some came in at 100% paid. My suggestion is do your best to process and run your business the best way you know how without relying on a offer. If you get one great! If not ser up a square savings to auto save the percentage you were paying them from each sale. Then you earn interest and pay no fees. Think of the loan as a bonus and don't expect it.
Excellent response! I do the same and the savings part is a big plus for the winter months where I am. January-March are slower for us in Central Michigan. I use that to help pay our bills and expenses! Good luck to you!
Best response I have seen. Run your business without counting on the loans. As you said, bonus if you do get offer. Personally I could use one, but I am continuing to run my business as usual. Good Luck!
I continue to run my business exactly that way. I had no reason not to think I would get an offer so it’s my fault for including their “possible” loan in my holiday inventory planning. And slow time planning. But I do think they could have given us a heads up that the loans you have received for the last 10 years will stop would have been nice.
You will get an offer it’s just taking longer than usual. Sending positive vibes your way. This week will be the week we all receive one.
That is a great idea!! I will be doing this going forward🤓🫶🏾
Anyone received an offer last few day? At 86% with no offer.
Seems like we are all waiting for capital to arrive
I sure wish they would give us some information on what’s changed . Why the offers aren’t coming in
The offers are coming at over 1,300 a day that are started and even more that are offered. I know it is tough to not get one but they are out there, but with millions of Square users not everyone is getting one all the time. If it is a make-or-break loan for your business (not just yours but anyone waiting) then I would suggest going to a bank for a line of credit rather than bouncing from a Square loan to a Square loan.
Not that I have seen so far. Good luck!
same situation, 86% paid and nothing yet. Everything is green though. Keep us updated. Hopefully it comes soon.
