Google play charged my Square banking account with out my permission

Google play charge my account for 14 and change with outmy permission how so I fix that

It sounds like you may need to contact Google Play Customer support to see what the charge was for and if was authorized (app subscription renewal maybe?)  

You can try and Contact Square banking support on Monday, but I think they are going to insists that you reach out to Google Support first.
