I got an email saying my account is on hold for fraud prevention. I NEED MY MONEY TODAY. I also got a big payment Saturday that still has not shown up. What do I do? The phone number for support doesn't even work. This is horrible.
Well since your account is on Hold by Square, They might be looking into your account to help protect your money from going into criminal hands. The other thing is You state that your got a sizable Payment Saturday. If this Payment was larger than a normal Credit Card sale Size your account may have triggered a Fraud alert. I would say call support, but you say the phone number you tried does not work. The only number I have for support is the one in my signature line, I am not sure if this is the one you used, if not try that one. No one here can see in your account to help you and you would need to contact support, or wait till the Fraud alert goes away. Either way my reccomendation is to call support to see Why they put this Fraud notification on your account.

My business name was used to create a fake Square account so someone could use a stolen credit card number to make fake purchases over $3,000. I contacted Square as soon as I learned about this and they said they would cancel my account. That was two weeks ago. Since then, I've received a Square debit card in the mail, and got another email today saying $2,800 was being withdrawn from my account. I've tried contacting Square again but cannot connect with anyone helpful. I was transferred around the customer service department for over an hour and was eventually disconnected. How do I reach the FRAUD department ASAP?
Thanks,
