Documentation when it comes to loans.

What I would like to know regards the offer to make a loan - but then telling me you need more documentation but then I can't send the documentation - there is a disconnect somewhere in there. I don't need a loan, especially in the tiny amounts offered but thought I'd check the process. Thank God I didn't need or want the loan. But my identity is verified and I'm able to bill my clients so that aspect is fine.

I agree. They offered me a loan which was rather large and I accepted only to be denied because I violated their terms and conditions which they NEVER explained what that was lol. 

square has terrible customer service, I’ve had them for over 5 years and I can’t wait until a certain UK brand makes its debut in America and shows square they have competition.
