Do Refunds Affect Capital Eligibility?

 I paid off my 4th loan about a month ago and still no new offer. I did have to do one refund in the past year, does anyone know if that affects it? I've already decided to move my business to PayPal if I don't get another offer soon even though I've been with square since they started. Really sucks you can't apply for the loan.
