Can I connect my square savings account to QuickBooks Online

I was able to connect the square app to my QuickBooks account but I see no options to connect my savings

Being able to link your Square savings account to your Quickbooks account would be a Feature Request. If you have some time, go over to our Ideate Board to post it.

The fact that I can't connect my Square Checking or Savings account to QuickBooks is going to be a dealbreaker for me to use Square Checking and Square Savings. I have found topics relating to this from 2022. Why has this still not been addressed?

Here I am 18 months later wondering the same thing. How is this STILL not something that's been implemented? At the very least we should be able to get a .csv export of our square savings transactions the same way as our square checking.

I totally agree. I didn't realize what a nightmare this would be with accounting. there is absolutely no reason to create a square savings account, you're better off transferring it to your main banking institution every day and then setting up a separate savings account there and transferring it into savings then. complete pain in the *ss using square for auto savings.

Do NOT use any square accounts. They will not sync well with your quickbooks and turn your accounting into a nightmare. Yes you have to wait 1 day to get the money but the time saved in keeping your records straight is more than worth it. 

As for posting a suggestion to the ideat board.... I'm not sure why this should even be needed in this case. Shame on square for making their accounts this way. If it is possible to use local banks and have things correctly recorded then why with a square account is that not possible without spending hours to correct it?

Realizing what a cluster this is now , wish I would have never used square automatic savings. It's made book keeping a disaster.
