We had signed for auto saving account more than a week ago. Savings are not happening. We got an email that engineer are working on it. Moreover our older saving account from a different business with square has glitched too. Saving are not happening there too. Any experiences
Hi @thegrocer. My auto-saving folders have worked all week, and I use a half dozen. I just checked my sales from yesterday and all was good. So, if you got an email saying that they were working on it (and I didn’t) then it’s a safe bet that this is a very localized glitch among a subset of sellers. Hopefully, they identify the issue and resolve it for you soon. Good luck!

This is happening to me as well. Savings account stopped auto-saving in May.

I've escalated this to our Banking team for further investigation. Once I have more information, I'll reply directly here.
@alma_dearte our Banking team has confirmed that the auto-saving feature is working properly. Are you still experiencing issues with auto-saving?
