why are clients only allowed to select one service

Hello, 

Beautician here! I've had multiple clients tell me that they can only select one service at a time. For example, i have a section for waxing, i had someone who wants their eyebrows and chin waxed but can only select one at a time because it is already added? Usually they have to text me to add on which is unnecessary. can anyone please help. Also i cant seem to add the screen shot of this happening so apologies.

Hi @MBR311 You can select multiple services at a time I believe
There is a setting in your appointments dashboard to enable it (See screenshot)

You can select a service then add another service to it, I am able to do it on my portal if you can share a screenshot, I can try to assist you if this doesn't help

Hello, thank you for the quick response. I probably should've mentioned i already have that setting turned on. If you can see below i have the service waxing, and all the areas listed. For example my client wants their eyebrow and chin done but can only select one. Thank you

I understand now,  I don't have much good news for you, It looks like this is square limitation, What you need is for customers to select multiple "variations" on one serving like "waxing".  
After testing this myself and reading through the blogs and square articles, I can confirm this is currently not available
