Hello, I see that other people are also interested in cutomizing the text reminders. I would like to do that (so that we can include the cancellation policy etc) but also decrease the number of time the client receives a text. They receive one when they make an appointment, at any moment the appointment changes even if it does so in a short period of time and then the reminder. It's too much texting. Some of my clients find it irritating and unnecessary . The reminder text is extremely beneficial so that you for that!

Hey if you go into your dashboard (laptop or desktop) you can customize all your texts & email reminders to say what you want them to say. You can also change how often the reminders go out.
I have mine set up for they get the confirmation email/text when they first book the appointment
then an email 3 days before and then a text reminder a day before.
this would all be under the appointment tab/online booking settings when you look in your dashboard.

In addition to other suggestions, you can also choose not to send them a notification if the appointment changes. You have the option to send an email, text, both or nothing at all. Hope this helps!
