customer visit report

Is there a report or way that I can provide a customer with a list of their visits (appointments) and spending for the year?

@desertJen I think this is under your customer directory, go to the customer, and click the 3 buttons in the top right, and from there go to print customer and it has a lot of the metrics you may be looking for.  I don't do appointments, but it may be there also in a printable form.

Worst case, you can print screenshots of the data if it isn't one of the measured fields.

Thanks for the help - there doesn't seem to be an easy way to do this. Thank you for your suggestion!😃

Not certain about appointments but here is two suggestions.

Customer Profile: This will show you frequent items and a list of all activities. This includes what they have done and what you have done, sent email, coupon, etc.

  • From the desktop, click the hamburger menu (top left) Customers > Customers > Filter by customer name. Their profile will slide open from the right side, and you'll be able to see their frequent items, customer profile details, etc. You'll also be able to see activity. However, you'd need to copy/paste this info as there is no print option.

Option two, and likely the better option is through your Transactions tab.

  • From the desktop click the hamburger menu (still top left)  > Transactions  >  Filter date by clicking on the date selector and choosing LAST YEAR  >  Filter customer by clicking the filter selector, choosing Customer then type their name in the filter by box.
  • This will provide you with each transaction by the customer in the given time period.
  • Near the upper right of the report click EXPORT, chose your file format and you'll have what you need to share with a customer.

Hope that helps!
