can i have my require prepayment set up for my deposits AND a no call/no show fee option?

i figured out, finally after hours of asking everyone i know who uses square and reading through the community here, how to get my booking fee/deposit for every appointment set up using the require prepayment option. now what i really wanted was to charge a cancellation fee of $15 for someone cancelling within 24 hours and THEN for no call no shows, charge them 50% of the total service. because those are two different things and they don’t deserve the same charges! unfortunately there’s no way for me to do that it seems. but i’m trying to figure out if i can keep my require prepayment as it is, and just charge the no call no show fee at the very least.

 

it’s so confusing and extremely frustrating to spend hours and hours trying to figure all of this out when i’m trying to set it up so i can save time. i’m doing the opposite at this point. so my only option is paying an extra $29/month for the plus no show protection?
